Do I need to disconnect from society before I can follow your programs? There is absolutely zero need to do anything that is not fitting or something you already want to do. What I would say about this is the most important thing I feel is that you understand what your connection to society is, how you feel about it. What do you think is working for you? What do you think is not working for you? And part of the programs that I run is about helping you to understand your relationship with that which the framework in which you are embedded, and really think through what really makes sense to you and what doesn’t. So the programs are here to help you understand your relationship to society. It is not there to decide for you what you want to do with it. It is nearly there to help you count the pros and cons that which you are prepared to go along with that which you are no longer prepared to go along with that you were that which you are accepting, without realizing, that which you now decide has become the red line. So very far from trying to make you into a hermit. My aim is to make you into a person or two. My aim is to help you grow into the person who is capable and has regained their abilities and my aim is to help you regain that ability to analyze your situation and decide for yourself what makes sense and what doesn’t. If it makes sense. Then quite obviously, please carry on what you’re doing because you’re on the right track and there is nothing that I will be able to offer you to make it any better. But if you feel that there is a problem, then the big decision comes in as to what are you going to do about it? Are you going to accept the fact that you’re living in conditions, which no longer serve your purpose or no longer makes you feel comfortable? Or are you going to decide right I need to do something about it.
Let’s find out what it is and let’s implement what it is that feels right for you and your family.

Well very far and not very far is the answer very far in terms of the conception and the organization and the planning. We have the land and we have the necessary permissions to develop it. We are acquiring further land around it, in order to be able to utilize all the permaculture functions for food and medicine self sufficiency.

We are probably at the beginning, we are close to breaking ground at the end of q1 or beginning of q2 and in terms of the basic infrastructure, and we are still speaking with a lot of people, a lot of experts a lot of people who are very kindly coming to give us their expertise, their experience their help in the conception of the village. We know the number of units that are going to be available which is 15 home units 25 what I Call Flat units, so shared accommodation, although there are independent pods of flats, we know that there are 15 places in the senior area. We know that there is a clinic and a veterinary surgeon clinic we know that there are 15 shops available. A restaurant, an educational center, and we know that there is a lab for food production and a lab for medical medicine productions. We have very good ideas about how we’re going to do this. But we are still at the stage where we are open to having other people’s inputs and actually we are always going to be open to have you know everybody’s input. I mean everybody who has something of value to bring to the table, because the idea is that we definitely have some starting ideas but we do not have the infused science. We are not omnipotent on the science, and therefore these kinds of projects, in my humble opinion are going to thrive from  different angles, different discussions that people are going to bring and actually very soon in the second part of February 2022. I will be running a series of zooms inviting everybody who is interested in the project to state how they are interested and how they feel they could contribute to the development of the project. So these I think could be your initial responses in terms of, are any units open to purchase or to participation? As yet there could be, so I would invite you to make an appointment with me and to fill the questionnaire beforehand and just make sure that you are going to mention the fact that you could be interested in participating in the village so that we have a little bit more time than normal. I would then also send you some information about what’s available at the moment and what’s open for discussion. I hope this helps and that you realize that this is a project and not just a pipe dream but a reality for the next century. But this is something in active development and anybody that knows me, knows that we are moving very fast with this whilst being very open to suggestions to complimentary ideas to remarks that make us understand that we have not seen something. So we try to be extremely humble in the way in which we approach this project.

Do we plan other location for villages? Well, as a matter of fact they are all the locations which already belong to some of my clients and prospective clients who are coming to me and asking for some support advice, assistance, consulting wise to help establish some version of their village or, or their community. So it’s quite clear that this is not meant to be a standalone one off situation, but as I explained in the other FAQs, that this particular village is the blueprint, the place where we are going to learn an awful lot about how to do things, what has worked, what has not worked, what could be improved, and develop the template that other people and ourselves as well, by the way, can be using to replicate this type of villages. Because it’s quite clear that as I mentioned on different other occasions, when society is breaking, people tend to look at people who are thinking tend to look at what caused the breakage and what you know what should have been avoided, but there are far less people who understand the need for immediate action. If they do, then the problem is really immense, because unless you have some solid experience in project management unless you have a vision, which has been honed over decades like in our case, unless you have the ability to turn an idea into a reality unless you have people to assist you unless you have people who will encourage you and will show you know, the kinds of mistakes that they have made and that you could avoid, doesn’t mean you’re not going to make any mistakes, but at least you’re not going to make necessarily those particular ones and it will give you better ideas about how to go with your own things. Then it is very difficult. For people to move from assessing the collapse of something to putting into motion a new framework, and this is what we call the denial framework. As I invite you to go and have a look in our FAQs because the Odiyana is a framework that has put together both the very deep human questions, the ones which are the real cause and the resources which are going to be that which we can use to find alternatives, create alternatives, improve alternatives and spread alternatives. If we were to end up with a total economic collapse, which may or may not happen, I mean, we are not necessarily going in the best of directions right now. So those blueprints are going to be incredibly necessary for people to fall back on their feet and be able to take care of themselves, their families, their communities, their tribes. That is why we are trying to be as active as possible to make sure that we have something ready to be used not only in the current location, but in other locations as well and possibly also help people who have started something but are stuck in some areas or other or because they know or know something or other. Maybe the blueprint that we’re creating can be of help to them, to move forward and get over whatever hurdle they’re experiencing at the time. So this is my answer to the question as to whether we plan other places. I think that we don’t actually have to plan them. I think they are naturally going to occur as a row necessity in this transition phase.

Do you only operate in Europe? Absolutely not, as a matter of fact, I already have customers as far apart as the UK, Spain, Croatia, the United States and Panama. So as we get better known and as we have better things to offer more concrete, better tested, plans to offer them, we quite obviously are going to be open to helping wherever it is that you are because even though the local circumstances may be different in the stages of utilizing natural law could be different also because of your understanding of it. Then the fundamental fact that we are human beings and we need to create better society 3.0 for ourselves, then this is universal, and the requirements to do so, are universal. What we need to achieve is universal. So we’re going to keep things extremely simple, whereas we adapted to the geo localizations specificities of each area. Then the fundamentals of us getting back to understanding who and what we are, how we can create our own reality. How do we apply it to create safe heaven? escape hatch for ourselves and our families and our tribes is basically the same all over the world. The fact that we need to adapt ourselves in terms of food and auto sufficiency, auto sufficiency is fundamental which are the same wherever we are on the planet. The important thing to understand is that we need to be thinking as human beings, we need to be analyzing as human beings. We need to be visionary human beings who understand the big principles so that we can apply them to specificities that we find on the ground. I think when we get this we understand that we can very rapidly move from one country to another from one continent to another and instead using a similar framework which similarly has to be dynamically adapted to the local conditions. So the answer to are we going to be outside of Europe? Well, we already are and we are going to carry on, you know, growing as and when required.

I also want to develop a village can you help? There are two ways in which I can possibly assist. The first one is by going through our programs which is basically winds of change and the readiness for yourself then the readiness to move into leadership role in order to develop a framework for your tribe. So that’s number one. And I would really invite you to think about how far you are in terms of your own thinking process, your own creation, your own planning, who is there to help you what resources do you have and this can all be discussed into a pre consultation, pre consulting session to see where you are and you know whether you have to acquire certain skills or certain resources before you can actually launch or whether you are already into the situation of having started something. As I see a lot of people that I’ve helped, you know, casually, like these people who launch themselves into a project but  for whatever reason, they find difficulties and unfortunately, it can lead to the project, you know, not coming to fruition. So if you’re in that situation, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and tell me what it is that’s holding you back or what it is that you need as resources, and I don’t know whether I have them, but at least we can speak about them and if I do not have them. Let’s see if I can find somebody who can help you get over your particular hurdle. The second situation is if you want to start something and you haven’t yet, but you have some ideas. Then this is really the time, as I said to go through our series of courses and the reason for it is, because I have used our own experience to create these courses. So these are not built on, theories. They are not built on something that I’ve read in books and are not built-in ideas that I may have gleaned here and there, they are actually built on what are the difficulties that I have encountered, what was the different stages that I had to recognize, so go through and implement and how do I put it in such a way that it is easily digestible for other people, and also easily adaptable to your situation because there is no one size fits all. So despite the fact that those are consulting and coaching opportunities, they refer to basic principles such as you know, what are we, how do we function as human beings what is a potential that we can develop? And what are going to be the main difficulties and most of us are going to encounter and how do we solve them so to answer your question, if you want to develop a village, whether you’ve already started and you get stuck, or you are thinking about it, you’re very hard, but you feel too lonely to do that on your own. I would suggest that you get in touch with me and mentioned very clearly in the questionnaire that which one of the two cases it is I’m thinking about, equally before you make an appointment and I’m thinking also of a third situation which I have encountered, people who were involved into someone else developing a village. So people who were hoping to move into a specific set up and found that for whatever reason, people who were driving the project, were not able to bring it to fruition, in which case you feel very alone you feel very frustrated you feel led down, well that shouldn’t be the reason why you abandon things, but it should be the reason why you should draw the consequences and the lessons from that particular experience and know precisely what you need to be looking for when you try to join somebody else’s project.
